It indicated that the seasonal site permit service provides a facility for seasonal commercial activities in obtaining a license to practice commercial activity for individuals and establishments in a temporary location, during periods of tourist, religious, and other seasons, while an effective residence permit service contributes to the organization of procedures for the establishment of events of commercial activities where it allows those willing to implement Efficiency within its commercial activity from the issuance of a special permit that includes (the location of the event, and the time period, with the approval of the relevant government agencies), and the request is sent to the concerned department in the secretariat for approval.
